Erin Lee
Founder of Light On Life, Erin is a mindfulness coach and advocate of mindfulness as a way of life.
Through Mindful Moments, she works with organizations to design and introduce mindfulness-based initiatives and interventions as a preventative approach to mental health, as well as encourage a culture of wellness at the workplace. Erin is dedicated to supporting individuals and communities in improving their mental health and wellbeing, and developing skills of mindful awareness and self-regulation for better resilience, mental flexibility and emotional balance, through the integration of attentional skills in both personal and professional lives. Erin also founded Take A Pause, a regular online mindfulness practice community on Insight Timer, and co-initiated The Big Sit, a global community that inspires the use of urban spaces for the collective practice of mindfulness and the fostering of good mental health. |
Anupam Yog
Managing Partner at Light On Life, Anupam Yog is an established global expert and trusted adviser to cities, companies, universities, communities and entrepreneurs. With extensive international experience, and formally trained as an MBA, he is a skillful creative strategist, researcher, curator, facilitator and project manager. In a career spanning over two decades, Anupam has held leadership roles and senior management appointments in Real Estate, Consulting, Technology, Higher Education and Social Impact organisations. He continues to be active in all these sectors, bringing a multi-disciplinary, collaborative and hands-on management approach to complex challenges.
Anupam was invited by Singapore’s Centre for Liveable Cities to join their World Cities Summit-Young Leaders community in 2018. Anupam has developed and teaches an executive education course titled “Inclusive Citymaking” for city leaders and managers. He is co-investigator of an ongoing academic study, funded by the Royal Academy of Engineers, on “Mindfulness in Cities”, and in partnership with UCL’s Urban Innovation & Policy Lab. He seeks to develop a “Conscious Cities Index”, which measures the correlation between community well being, individual mental health and a city’s urban design. Anupam is a part of the core curatorial team of WRLDCTY, a Best Cities Festival launched in 2020. In September, 2020, he initiated ‘The Big Sit’, a monthly social meditation and community mindfulness in Singapore’s CBD. He writes a column on mental health for ‘Run’ Magazine. As an avid mindfulness practitioner, Anupam brings an intentional and thoughtful approach to advising cities, organisations, and their leaders, as they navigate uncertain times. |
